A man by the name of Dave (unsure if this is his real name), made contact with my mother on-line. This man told my mom a sad story about how he needed money. So she sent some to him. By the time I and my brother found out. He had scammed her out of $10,000 dollars, got her bank account information and signed her up for many Credit cards and Loans. Now I am having trouble closing some of the Credit Cards. When I call and they ask my mother the security questions she answers right but because Dave set them up he gave his own answers to the security questions. The main one I am having a problem with is Cash Card...I have tried to tell them this Dave guy set this account up and my mom had nothing to do with it!! But they won't close it down. Now what am I supposed to do when the Cash Card people are protecting the scammer? I even asked Cash Card if I could speak to a supervisor and they said because we didn't answer the security questions right I couldn't speak to them. I asked for their fax number to send a Sheriff's report but they said they didn't have a fax. I feel Cash Card is in the wrong!!!!!!
