I called for customer support and person on line told me my account was open in 3 different states and I needed to verify my person by opening play store and download an app called any desk. When I asked why he stated so that we can link you cash app to app to verify your identity. I told the person how is that if i dont have the account logged is that is why i was calling and i was not comfortable downloading another app, is there an email to send my id to they stated no that was the only way. He also asked right off the start how much was on the account as well. The phone call was right away answered and there were other people talking in the background and the number shows up as a new york number.

I had questions about my investments and bitcoin on cashapp. I looked up the customer service phone number and called. No answer. I got a return call from cashapp support (not reallly cashapp). I gave him all the info he needed. He stated he needed to see my account and answer my questions. As I was on the phone, he locked me out of my cash app, changed all log in info and stole my entire account: money, investments and bitcoin. Emailing the real cashapp support they said there is nothing they can do for me. So I'm out about 980 dollars. I'm supposed to move on. That was a lot of money for me as I work for minimum wage in OH which is $8.70 an Hour.  Why can't they see that all I ever bought on that Cash App was through my checking account and see the dates and what happened. As I told them it's true and Cash App should give my money, investments and bitcoin back

Women by the name Mandy pretends to a be cash app support then has you entered thousands of dollars in your cash app account and the she disconnects your name from your account and then blocks your phone number. She speaks with an Indian accent.

I showed unauthorized purchases on my money card and they were happening frequently. I called and left a message for Cash App to contact me. Then I received a call claiming to be Cash App Support; I told them money was being taken off my card. She said they would have to investigate. In the mean time I removed the rest of my money and put it onto my daughter's card. When I got a call back from the people claiming to be Cash App support they told me to go buy Ebay money cards for $100 and give them the numbers and they would be able to help me get my money back. The phone number they gave me to reach them was 860-200-1281 - Cashapp scam (860) 200-1281 - Scammer.info; (860) 200-1281 Tech Support Scam; (860) 200-1281 is a verified phone scam engaged in telephone fraud. bank impersonators; (860) 200-1281 Confirmed as of March 1st. I refused to buy the Ebay money cards for them and they said I would not get my money back. I got rid of my money card and got a new one to use. I lost a little over $240.00.

he tells me to text the support number in the email I got the number is 315-217-5649 he tells me to send that number a screenshot of what I had paid towards the fee and to wait for their reply they replied asked me for my cash tag I gave them my cash tag they tell me “you are having a pending transaction worth of $2000 with mike?” I said yes they said we are verifying your payment with btc and hold on while you receive a confirmation text let us know once you got a confirmation text I send them a screenshot of the conformation they reply back with we are sorry we couldn’t verify an half payment now you are to make the complete Clarence fee so you can have the complete 2k” I then asked for a refund then they tell me I couldn’t get a refund because I haven’t paid the full Clarence fee I tried to get my refund the next day so then they ask me for my id then they ask me for my social security number and they told me after I had gave them this information that I would be able to get my money without any stress then they logged into my cash app asked me for my 4 digit pin after all of this the cash app process didn’t work so they asked me for my bank details I give them my bank details they login and tells me not to change the password after that they asks me if I have Venmo I tried making an account but it didn’t work after that they tell me they will link my account with the cashapp salary account so I would $100 every week until it reaches $2000 they also tell me the FBI stand has a 3rd party for all of their transactions they tell me to send my signature to them for an agreement I sent it to them after that I stopped replying to them because I didn’t want the money anymore they kept texting me telling me the payment may be canceled because I wasn’t replying to them I found out that the payment had not been canceled and that $3,423 had been deposited into my bank account and that my account is now disabled so I can’t use my bank card anymore because of the money they put on my card today they texted me at 6:28pm telling me “well if you don’t reply us maybe we should inform FBI about this right now

I got scammed by someone, Richard Clark, said his direct # is 936-500-8369, said he was Cash app tech support. I needed to get $100 put back into my account. Said CA servers were down, needed to sign into Google pay. Had me xfr $500 to [email protected], said it was a dummy account not a real person and that it would be reversed. Of course, it was not, and it probably is a real person. Google pay said that since the money was already taken out , all I could do is contact the person and asked them to return the money because it was sent accidentally. I emailed her. FAT Chance I will get it back. My bank did cancel my debit card.

I I thought I was talking to support team but it wasn't it was a guy that made download a different app and after the process was over he got over 350$ from me

They said they needed me to be a reference to help verify my uncle account. But instead they stole hundreds of dollars from me while telling me that the funds weren't coming out of my account. But it was and they had me disable my account stating that my account wasn't attached to my email. Now I'm out of hundreds of dollars and they continue to scam people. I did not know that cash app didn't have a number to contact support... but now I know. I just hope that they are stopped before they scam someone else.

I called number listed to report scam and file dispute for Cash App transaction. I was instructed to provide information to allow someone to login with me through team viewer to verify my account. they had me post another transaction (add money) which they said was to verify my account then instructed me to transfer the money to a cash app account to go back to my checking account but it was another users name on the account. When i refused to send they called me a ****** ***** and threatened to deduct additional money from my account and put a freeze on it. They also tried to get me to put personal information in some bitcoin transaction to include scanning by drivers license number. I also refused to do that.

Please be sure make sure you verify the sites that you seek 160 dollars was taken from me and my son today. The man claimed that he was assisting us and the money disappeared. Hung up the phone after calling my son a bigger and. That was that. My sons bank account was ripped off please help.
