I was trying to get my refund from another scam via cash app $babypot2 (purchasing a puppy on Craigslist email [email protected]) , I googled the "cash app customer support number" and got scam again. They will tell you to download this app to get in your phone, Then they will request to send the money to someone you know, then to request back to upload money to your cash app balance . I was told that's how the process works, they did try to make me put my account number and routing, I told them no. They said they need to use "dummy numbers" a different route (I received a call staying my cash app card has been blocked due to numerous transactions) the scammer "Alex" said not to answer those calls... Then told me to send the money to them. To $mary92n, the name came up as Carey4.
