They have you logg onto your account when you have issues with your account. After they have you share your screen and get all your information. They tell you that it’s a verification processor. They then have you move money. They had me move $400, and tell me that it would be returned after the process is complete. They then have you drop your screen share, and tell you that your funds are stuck, and cannot be moved without you sending more money. When you refuse to do so, they leave you on hold until the call is disconnected. The agents name was Keith, and this is his direct line (1866)941-0526. Not sure if this actually a real number or not. I just want my money returned, and the same for others. These people are fraud, and need to be stopped.
