Well my daughter was scammed through Snap Chat via Cash App. So I tried to assist her with getting her money back. We called our bank to stop those transactions, we weren't able. My daughter thought she was calling a Cash App Customer Service number. Come to find out Cash App doesn't have Customer Service representatives they only communicate through email. Well we didn't know that prior to speaking with someone that posed as a representative. We were on a conference call and they made it seem like in order for us to get our money back we had to have had a transaction with the person who is trying to get their money back. I feel so bad because the questions they were asking were so much but they were able to text us and provide us a code imitating Cash App. So as we were providing the codes they were telling us we had to log off our Cash App in order to reimburse us which I was thinking to myself why. I did it because I thought I was able to help my daughter get her money back. Actually they were able to take my money and my son money because we were conference in to assist my daughter with her being scammed. In actuality we all got scammed. $725 was taking out of my Cash App and $188 was taken out of my bank account. $200 was taken out of my son Cash App account as well. My daughter was scammed out of $300 out of her account using Cash App. It was a chain reaction. I'm so upset with myself because I knew I didn't want to log off my Cash App account and I did because I thought I was able to get her money back. Now that I play it over in my head it was big mistake. I filed a police report for us I just want my money back and I want more accountability via Cash App. They are dealing with people money, and speaking with someone through email isn't enough accountability. Our banks can't do but so much. I'm so frustrated that this happened and normally I'm smarter than this. I was just trying to help my daughter.

I have sent so many emails and so has my husband and it appears we're just repeating ourselves all right my account got scammed and so did my husband's his account was $upup68 someone by the name of $Nikhil remoted into his phone and took finds out of his cash app account a total of $517 you should be able to retract these transactions the phone number showing 334-650-0353 there is no email address that we have fo the scammers as Square and Cash App keeps asking me to keep emailing the same story when I need action to be taken, this is a customer in your data base or was this an inside job from Cash App? Because no one has yet to help me or get my 517.00 dollars back!

My husband sent me 1800.00 on Friday 6/14/19 i end up sending it back to him so that the funds could go back into his bank account and I was going to pay our mortgage, once I sent it back to him we thought it would go back into his bank but it did not, it was trying to charge him the fee after he or I hadn't used the money nor wanted to cash it out, just wanted it back into the account, I Googled and got a Support Cash App number online which was 833-806-8840 I called, they got on the line and act as if they were cash app and stated that they were going to have a representative call my husband back to verify his cash app account to put the moneyback into his account. A lady called my husband from 334-650-0353 the lady end up putting my husband on hold and she remote into his cell phone while he was driving and request funds from his cell phone into an account named $Nikhil after she took the 517.00 plus dollars she texted my number that I had given to the Fake support team and text me ask me to call her back at 334-650-0353 in which I did thinking i wa getting the funds back into my husband account, i was at work so i called her from a landline and she ask if I has iPhone orAndroid, told her Android and she said she had needed me to log into (Team viewer Quick Support) i did and she begin going into my phone right into my cash app and begin requesting funds luckily I didnt have money in my account, I asked her why are you requesting money she said she was testing and gave me a confirmation number which was fake while she kept trying to prolong me and kept trying to request money, when I asked her again she hung up on me , I immediately called my husband and he said she kept him on hold when he talked to her and right then I knew she had gotten into his cash app in which she did and had taken the 517.00 plus dollars, total of517.00 plus So I need something done TODAY my husband was $upup0578 which he has changed to $upup68, And after I declined her from my phone the Cash app name changed from $Nikhil to Vance E. Kerr $Edkerr , after that, once I thought about her texting me I start texting her very upset, so please look into his account and get our money back from these people PLEASE 517.00 it was our Mortgage money, your support you should be able to track the account that took our money mine is $127kiwi please call me 678-887-5984 or reply to this email, I have attached as much information fro. The text, screenshots of our bank account, the people's info who remotes into our cash app and took money and changed their name after, phone numbers they text me saying they were Cash App Support, what else do you need ? Track them DOWN or put my 517.00 back into my cash App Please, you have the access to those accounts that have scammed us.
