I currently have all receipts to include company name. While on vacation on the way to the way coast. My plane lands and I get a 7524.94 charge on my AMEX card. I looked at the charge and it was from home depot. I immediately contact AMEX to put a stop then called home depot. I was told I couldn't get any information over the phone. So I picked up my bags then rental car and drove straight to the nearest home depot. Home depot printed me a receipt with names of the individuals and company (Casey & David Schwitz). They brought a Titan Max 60 In ironforged Deck 26 HP Commercial V-Twin Gas Dual Hydrostatic Zero Turn Riding Mower that was waiting for pick up. The LP agent got my information to do his investigation. He called me back within 30 min saying they came to pick up the mower but he turned them around and my card will be refunded. I do not have a Home Depot ProXtra account and I am not sure how my AMEX card got used while i was on the west coast vacationing.

I am not sure what other information I will need, but i have receipts to upload if need be.

BBB Note:  In instances such as this, it's best to file a police report and have limits placed on your credit cards and bank accounts that require the card holder be contacted for verification of the transaction before it can proceed any further.
