I ordered a case from them on November 11, 2019. A month goes by and I still haven't received my order. I provided two different addresses and was told that each address I gave was insufficient. On December 19th, 2019 I received an email saying that my case has been shipped and I became excited until days later, I was told that the case was on the way to my local post office then out of nowhere the address I sent was incorrect and that it was being sent back to the sender.The second address I provided was an apartment and they failed to put the apartment number and would not take accountability for not including it. I emailed caseable multiple times until they replied and once they did I was told that I can't receive a refund and that they will try to get the sender to send my case back. I DO NOT I REPEAT DO NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE TO SHOP FROM THIS BUSINESS. THEY'RE FRAUDULENT AND WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY.
