I ordered the finger monkeys back in October and still have not received them. Phone calls go to voicemail, emails never get returned... tracking says in transit but it’s out of Shanghai China. Email address says Miami but that’s obviously not real. Don’t order this product off the computer. Get them from a store. I’m upset but it’s my own fault, I won’t be taken like this ever again..

I purchased a car cover to protect my car from the snow after I saw an ad on Facebook about it from a company called "Case Scene". I purchased the item through their website - https://www.casescene.com/ on November 12. I received what looked like a legitimate email confirmation, however when I continue to track my order, it continues to say it's still being processed. My card had already been charged for the $18.96. There is only one way of contacting them which they do not respond to via email. The phone # that is also listed on the website immediately goes to a non-professional sounding voicemail, does not ring. When I checked in on their account via Facebook, all I see are multiple complaints issued to them by other people who tried ordering products from their website but have yet to receive anything.

I ordered $90 worth of products (the trendy fingerling monkey toys) and immediately received a confirmation email on october 24th along with them immediately pulling $90 from my credit card. it is now november 29th and i have heard nothing from the company. i have emailed 3 times, messaged them multiple times on their social media asking for shipping confirmation and they haven't responded. over a month of no product and no communication. i have done some research and have found message boards with hundreds of people complaining of being charged money and never receiving their products. this is a disgrace and the ScamPulse.com should move forward with this company. there are hundreds of reviews against them!!!!!!

I purchased 3 items from the Case Scene website on 10/21/2017. The website does say to allow for 2-4 weeks for delivery. I attempted to call when I had no received my items after 4 weeks. The phone is answered by a recording that tells you to "contact your sales representative". I emailed both emails that I found on the website with no response after 2 weeks and I also messaged them through Facebook. I received an immediate response back stating that delivery times are slow due to backorders--however I did not include which item I ordered and the response was an automated one. Please save your money.

I read another story identical to mine. I 'purchased' Fingerlings for my granddaughter on the case scene website. I spent between $60 and $70 dollars for the set of 6. I ordered on 10/13/2017 and the site stated 2-4 weeks for delivery. On Monday Nov 13th I emailed them and got no response. On Nov 16 I tried to call them - the number states "we are sorry, your call cannot be completed at this time - please hang up and try your call later". I emailed them again. I have tried this number numerous times since then and it says the same thing every time. The address on their website is a post office in Miami, and there is no postal box # - just the post office address. I know now that I have been taken to the cleaners but I hope this is investigated since Christmas is coming and many people are going to be ordering things and their website is still up and running - to collect everyone's money - but don't expect any merchandise.....

I saw on Facebook an add for Fingerling moneys. A cute toy. So I decided to purchase one for my granddaughter for Christmas. I received an email conformation # and a copy of the invoice. It said allow 3-4 weeks for delivery. I placed the order on Oct.21. When I didn't receive the order I called the number they provided only to get a recording telling me to send them an e-mail which I have done 4 times. Still no response. When trying to track it the purchase it says still processing. I have tole them I want a refund. Still no answer.
