I called Legal Aid (I thought) and was routed to this company on 2/26/25. They sold me one month of legal services for $19.90 and promised an immediate "welcome email" and an email list of local attornies with free consultations. I did not receive either email. Next day I emailed requesting cancellation according to the instructions on their web page. My email was undeliverable.

Next day (today) I called to cancel. Bot canceled the service, and when I asked for a refund, it routed me to a rep. Rep stated no refund would be made. Terms of service states "If you cancel within the first thirty days, you are eligible for a full refund of the membership fees."

I called again, talked to the same rep, and read him the refund term, and he refused, saying I canceled on my own, and have one month of legal service, and they do not "reimburse", and hung up.
