I bought a set of board games. They provided a tracking number that went to a broken link. About a month passed and I reached out via email, as it was the only method listed to contact them. They emailed me back saying it was on its way and they are unsure why the tracking number is not working. Today I noticed the website is no longer up and it's going on 2 months of waiting for my order.
