I contacted this company to obtain a VIN report for a vehicle I was considering purchasing. I paid for the report, received the report and that should have been everything. They did not disclose that there would be revolving charges. I have now received 8 charges for $1 each, once every other week. I have called/emailed/disputed every charge as I do not want/need/ask for this service. I have asked for refund and cancellation of whatever they have me enrolled in but I continue to be charged on a bi-weekly basis for nothing. Every 2 weeks I have to call and request a refund, they say I will be cancelled and refund the $1 - 2 weeks later it shows up again. They have the worst customer service I have ever encountered. None of the people answering the phone can ever give me an answer as to how long it will take for me to be removed from the cycle. They just continue to say "you have been canceled and will no longer receive charges." THIS IS FALSE. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

I can no longer find their website, but have their phone number from previous charges.
