Ordered pool item, tracking hows history prior to even ordering. Spoke to Regina at USPS 7/5/20 at 1300 and she stated tracking number provided is not even tracking for correct item and address. Item never received and paypal denied claim due to seller providing this invalid tracking number. Order placed on carsonny.xyz for 15 ft x 48 in prism pool frame. Order total upon confirmation through paypal was 96.87$ paypal total shows $110 removed from account from cullen massey. This order was placed on june 21st around 4 pm via paypal using credit card. attempted to email [email protected] which was on confirmation email with no response,the next day it says item was delivered by USPS at 6:50 pm. upon looking at tracking number shows history prior to item order even being placed tracking number is :9400136897846772434727. Tracking initially shows on june 13 a shipping label created awaiting item from washougal WA 98671 and then continues its transit. It says item arrived at post office june 20th which was also prior to ordering and available for pick up that day as well, then says delivered teh 22nd at 6;50. A dispute was created wit paypal on June 25th and was denied on July 5th because seller provided this scam tracking number i then messaged paypal and stil have not heard back since 7/5 evening, with hopes to get a refund and reopen case. upon looking at the site now it has a completely different contact information with different site design. contact emails now show [email protected] and [email protected] which i tried to also contact july 5th with no response. I can provide screenshots of enitre process. attempted to create a ScamPulse.com complaint but no accurate address of business on file to do so, so a complaint was initiated with paypal. PAYPAL needs intranet form from USPS to prove address delivered was not my address 32160 Linderman Ave Warren Mi 48093. Spoke to Rhonda from USPS who says there is no intranet form. i just need documentation to show that this item never arrived to my address.

I ordered a pool and only received an email from a 3rd party that the payment was received. After a few weeks I emailed them asking for my pool. They emailed me back and gave me a tracking number. I received an order but it was a ring, not a pool. No one will email me back from the payer or the website for the past 3 days and I email them every day. I found this company on the sponsored list at Target.com so thought they were reputable.
