I searched for the company, Carson, and called the phone number on their website and was told that they are located in Freeport PA and have received about 50 calls such as mine each day for several days. The receptionist with whom I spoke said she understands the address in Illinois is near an Amazon fulfillment center. Otherwise, she had no information as to the origin of these packages.
I do not have a phone # or website address for the sender, Carson. I created the web address because your form required one.
I have checked, and will continue to check, my Amazon account as well as bank and credit card accounts for evidence of unauthorized activity.
However, I remain concerned that some nefarious scheme is afoot. Thanks for your help.
