Company pretends to offer a product but does not deliver product

This is a celebrity backed product that is taking sales for overpriced water bottles that they never intend to deliver. They've taken in millions of dollars in sales and from the looks of what few comments they haven't totally blocked, most if not all customers did NOT get delivery of a product. Most have been waiting years for their order. They do not respond to emails or messages on their social media. They've blocked any future comments on their posts. They're still advertising as if you can order the product and receive it. In my opinion as a tax paying citizen, this company is preying on American's money.

Products were offered on kickstarter, where I ordered 4 specific waterbottles. I was then sent surveys to confirm my shipping address (done) and then sent an email about additional funds ontop of the funds ALREADY collected, based on unforeseen shipping costs. When I clicked on the link, the message I received was that the order was all set and specifically "Now it's time to say thanks!" without any other call to action indicating I needed to pay anything else in order to receive the waterbottles. I contacted support and was told that because I had failed to pay the additional funds (come to find out that in addition to the $169 I had already paid, I was apparently being asked for ANOTHER $97 for shipping), that I would not receive my order at all. Instead, I was offered a code for $30 off my order if I chose to purchase from their website. I responded, indicating that I believe I should receive a credit for the full $169 that had already been collected from me, knowing that I would still end up spending more money to get the product, and then the support agent stopped responding to my emails. I am now out $169 and not going to get the items I was promised.
