Purchased 4 Turtleneck Sweaters but never received them

I hope I have been scammed as I made a purchase since more than 3 weeks but never received even email with shipping information. Have communicated with merchant representative severally via email and promised that items will be shipped soon but never received any further information. Communicated last by sending email for a follow-up but never received any response till today.

It seems that this website is a scam as I paid for 4 pieces of Turtleneck sweaters of different colors. Like any other online store, it has taken more than 3 weeks and I have written few emails back and forth with this website and I was promised that my order is on the way. I have waited for few days as I was instructed, and nothing has happened. I wrote an email yesterday as a follow up and no response. Right now, I am having a feeling that I have been scammed by this online store for about $134.00.
Please, advise me what next to do.

On October 22 I ordered a clock on their website and was charged upon purchase. I received an order confirmation email. Then I received an email that my order was on the way but no tracking information was included. I emailed their support team and they responded that they were working on it. I followed but a few times after their initial reply but haven't received any response nor has any delivery been made after nearly 1 month from ordering. I also read reviews on trustpilot.com of many other people who were also scammed by this company.
