Carribean Cruise Line sells vacations and under that disguise sells the purchasers of this "vacation package" out to multiple time share companies without disclosing what they are doing. They do not properly disclose the requirements to attend these multiple timeshare presentations from different companies, and they simply say in the fine print (once you've already purchased the vacation) that you will be given a tour of the resort. Once you arrive in Florida and are, by that time, on the vacation, they start revealing their true intentions. At this point the vacationers are threatened with extra charges, fees, and even having the vacation, which was already purchased, revoked unless you comply with their requirements. Also, once you are in Florida, the Carribean Cruise Line does not allow you to contact them regarding the vacation; they say you are only allowed to talk to the timeshare companies. They do not take any complaints. If you talk to the timeshare company (whichever one you happen to be in the hands of at that stage of your "package") they simply pass the buck and say they cannot do anything unless Carribean Cruise Line authorizes them. So you are stuck on vacation, far from home, having taken time off from work for you and your family, but you are deceived into sales presentations and false promises. This is not a vacation, this is a clever and deceptive sales ploy, an unfortunate and negative example for tourists who come to Florida from around the world (and yes we met many from around the world who were frustrated and sold this same package). This company needs to be held accountable for the deception they are selling.
