This car rental company provided a service to rent a car from thrifty car rental and when we went to pick up the car, the car was unavailable so now we are requesting a refund of $100.49 and they just keep giving us the runaround and say they’re going to refund a credit but we don’t want our credit. We want a refund because they did not provide the service And every time I call they give me the runaround they transfer me they say they’re going to refund it that it’s already processing and then they say it’s in a credit it’s just nothing but a runaround they are just fraud and scamming people.
