Was called to check computer. My computer was working fine. After going through check they told me there was a virus on my computer. All services would be covered under old agreement. Then they informed me because the virus was so bad that it would take $369 to fix the problem. I refused to pay the extra. After hanging up my computer would not let me sign in saying my computers firewall had been hacked. I called the company back and they informed me that someone had hacked into my computer while they were checking it. To get control and recovery of my computer I would have to pay $244 now ... price dropped. They would only take bank check.... I was very reluctant to do that voicing my displeasure over and over yet had to have my computer back!!!
