I had a ceiling leak during a rainstorm and called this company the next day for rug cleaning services after the rain leaked onto my rug. Over the phone, I was quoted $320 for the service. But the next day, the technician arrived and said the rug needed more intensive cleaning, and the cost would be $580 plus "tax" of $51, for a total of $631. After reading other ScamPulse.com and Yelp reviews of this company, this seems to be a common occurrence — it doesn't appear that I'm going to receive my rug back, and if I do, it won't be clean.
