I found their website online and followed their "contact us" links to get in touch. They replied very soon afterwards with a list of "screening" questions. After I answered those questions they said we could move forward with deposit payment. This was a huge red flag. We asked to see the puppy via video chat and they refused saying "clients in the past had recorded their video sessions and used their videos maliciously". When we asked for a photo of the puppy with our names on a sticky note they sent back a photoshopped image. When we pushed that the photo looked photoshopped and if they could send another they stopped responding. At that point we pushed for all their contact info so we could report them.
