I've been working with Justin Knapp of Carolina's Choice Title Inc. since about mar 2021. everything was going ok as far as I thought, but now that it is time to close and get my money Justin has not been returning my calls or emails. I call 2 or more times a day with no returned calls. I don't know what is going on, I have a feel this company and Justin have been scamming me .

Called me to purchase my timeshare in Cancun, Mexico. I needed to purchase an RAF number for Mexico for them to release my funds from the Mexican Bank. Then I needed to pay Capital Gains Fee. My bank cancelled the wire, and advised me that this was a scam.

This information about this is completly false. I am the head escrow office of this company , my company never contacted you about selling your timeshare, we contacted you once you had a agreement with a real estate company. We are the neutral 3rd party and when you signed your sales agreement with the real estate company that is the contract that we have to go by, My company never asked you to send any money which is stated in your escrow agreement. you have filed against the wrong company, we have encouraged you to contact us several times and you have not responded. This is Libel and needs to be removed from this site , if this is not removed from this site, it will require us to pursue legal action.
