They take an order for your specific car, and then they send some random car mats that don’t fit. They only way they will give a refund is if you pay to ship this large bag of mats to Denmark, which would cost as much as you paid for the mats. They said they would replace the incorrect mats 5 months ago, but every time I email they say they are waiting to hear back from the designer. It is obvious they don’t plan to replace the defective product they sent.
