Carlene's Russian Blue Farm Reports & Reviews (1)

We were also scammed from Carlene’s Russian Blue Farm. Apparently, they change their business name often. We shopped online for a purebred Russian blue kitten. Carlene’s appeared to look like they were a legitimate seller because they use a very professional looking website. So we began the process of adopting the kitten. They sent us a what looked like a valid contract, which we signed, and we finalized the deal with payment to them using Venmo funds. When we started working out the last steps for delivery we became suspicious. After researching this cattery using google, we found a consumer alert and discovered other people have been ripped off by these same people. We came to find out that the scammers will then contact you again once delivery is finalized and pretend they are from the shipping company. They then say they need more money for insurance and carrier service which is supposedly refunded once the cat is delivered. It’s all a scam. You never receive a cat and the scammers keep all of your money. Don’t even think about using Carlene’s Russian Blue Kittens to adopt. They are a total scam and will rip you off. We lost 1150 dollars total. The people that run this scam are thieves. Don’t make the mistake and fall for this scam like we did.
