I completed a Credit Application for a car loan online at about 11pm at night, the following day I was contacted by Mitchell Hall. He was very eager and over zealous for me and my mother (co applicant) to send over our identification and pay stubs via TEXT MESSAGE! I expressed to him that my 60 year old mother was uncomfortable with sending her identification and documents via text message, she would rather come in to the location to physically hand over the documents. I was then belittled for my current credit issues and was told by Mitchell “ I’ll be honest with the credit scores I saw I would assume I wouldn’t get approved either but you did.” My mother and I were also accused of being untrustworthy because we did not trust him (of course not, we haven’t even formally met in person yet!). At that point I respectfully Declined any more of Mitch’s “help”. He then text messaged me and said he was going to report my current Car loan as a REPOSESSION to lenders, so I would be turned down by other dealers in the future!
