I won a cruise for two by phone so we bought two more tickets to take our kids also. We paid $785.00 for the two tickets then we had health issues from our youngest child called they said no problem you can extend it for 18 months for $90 more dollars. Our daughter’s health worsened so we paid another $90 to extend the whole time saying don’t worry if things don’t get better call us an extend it again! So called again because our daughter had surgery an we had to extend it again so for the 18 months it was $149. I call back and Rick, Fredrick,Fay and Rick again Rick was only one nice and wanted us to pay for our cruise all over for $1295 for basics nothing upgraded like we had. They said they changed hands but it’s still the same name and cruise line and all the money gone!
