I purchased a car history report for $1.00 and they charged $18.95. They said the dollar was to upkeep their databases but I figured, it says $1.00 so what have I got to lose. That's when I got an alert saying they're were two charges put on my card, one for $1.00 from another company and one for $18.95. They even went so fat as to sneakily set up a system of creating an account where it looks like you're entering your email address and password. No prompts, no descriptions, just two fields. That's when a red flag went up, I'm not giving away that information. Clearly this was a scam. How can they be doing this? This is rotten, disgusting, thieving tactics and it must be stopped. We are America, we shouldn't allow this to go on. I want these people put in jail! It make sick!
