I placed the $38 order and tried 3 times because everytime I entered my husbands CC info, the site say sorry, card is not working, After trying 3 times I finally gave up. No order was ever completed. All of a sudden we had a $198.78, another $59 and another $59 charge on our CC. I was in shock. They are thieves! I called two times and the Asian lady hung up on me, I called back and she said so sorry, cannot cancel order, we kept saying WE want full refund. We have since reported this fraud to our Chase back. They are 100% a SCAM! Do not order from these people ever!

Product not as advertised. Sent and charged more than advertised. Extremely difficult to return and receive credit. Company kept $40 for restocking and sanitation even though much of the returned product was unopened.
