Hi. I made a purchase for 4 items in October 2022. I received 1 item pretty quickly. My package request was updated to partially shipped. The estimated delivery date is still listed on usps as November 2022. I have emailed the company several times (with documentation) asking for an update. The last thing I was advised was that the remainder of my order was being sent to the fulfillment team to be shipped out right away. That was in January 2023. I have since requested to cancel my order since I have heard nothing else and have not received all of the items I paid for. As of March 2023, I am still waiting to hear something something.

I ordered something off the site 12/27 and was told I would be given a confirmation between 10-21 days. It’s been over 50 days I’ve reached out 3 times to the provided contact email and have yet to get a response.
