This online store I've found has no real location. My bank account debit was from a company in Europe but they gave a fake (& widely used by other scammers) address to send returns back to. The same lady responds to every email & they show options like terms & conditions etc. But the site will not allow you to click on anything to see more info! There's been no updates & I've been told when "they" get the status of my order for shipping she will let me know. Yet continues to ask do I still want the item..which then I'm sure if I said no they would not return my totally purchase price. Please how do we fix this??
