I also did not know this was a subscription. Call 1-887-952-2344 to get a cancellation number and a return authorization number to send any product back to them. (Beware, you'll probably be talking to an Asian, so get the numbers correctly) I haven't got a refund yet, but it's only been a couple of days.

Placed one order and now they’re continuing to charge my account for product I don’t want or haven’t received.
