I had been applying to many jobs and received a text from cheryl McRae typed just like that and that my resume had been forwarded through for a job as executive assistant. That if I was interested I needed to download signal messenger and then given a number to contact a Mr. Smith, should have been my first red flag. He came on to assure me that these interviews are being conducted across text all the time. To read the information about the company and then type I understand when I finished. He then listed the jobs that were available and asked my area of expertise. Then said they would provide me with training and a whole environment at my house to do the job. That is when I began searching in earnest on the computer and typed in the original number that contacted me. The website did verify that Mr. Omar Smith worked for them and that he went to Stanford and Lives in New York, But the degree listed for Stanford is not one they give out. I cut off all contact and deleted the entire app.
