Company advertised supplements to lower blood pressure. 30 day trial, not stating that they would keep your credit card on file and start a monthly subscription for you. Charging a total of $239.99 each month. I attempted to contact this company and get refunds and return any product. They attempted to not refund for the returned product stating they never received it. I gave them a tracking number to prove that they did. The company told me they would refund for December $150, stating it was refunded on January 21st. The refund was never completed and I have provided proof to the company it was not completed. The company will not allow you to speak to a Supervisor or the billing department to fix the problem. The company just says, "We have to forward this issue to our billing department and it should be resolved 3-5 business days." I have been attempting to get the refund by providing statements and proof that the refund was not completed for over 60 days with no resolve at this time.
