I went on a website claiming to be for the Remedy Skin tag remover. They offered a special 30% off the price . So the deal was 1 bottle for 64.94 plus 1 bottle free and Free Shipping. I chose that and put my info in. A “button” came up saying . Rush my Order Now..I clicked on it thinking it would take me to a summary of my purchase. But it didn’t . They completed the order without showing me what I paid for and verifying the cost. Then I look at my bank account & find they took 129.88 & 59.99. I called the website Tn . They tell me they are a “3rd party entity” When I asked her the companies they work for . Neither one is the name of the company on the website. I tell her they took my money and I want my order canceled and to return the money they stole . She tells me what I paid for was 2 bottles of remedy skin for 129.88 and cream for 59.99. I tell her the special I chose was buy one bottle for 64.94 get one bottle free w/free shipping.And there was absolutely Nothing in the promotion about a cream. I tell her to refund my money that they r trying to steal . She offers me 30% off I tell her to refund my money . She offers me 50% off..I tell her to refund my money! Then I hang up n call my bank ( BofA) and give them all the info , The next day I go back to the website and take pictures of the special they offer and the one I chose . I call the company back and let them know I will be filing a report with the FTC , Better Business Bureau and my local law enforcement. I tell them I have pictures that prove they out n out stole my money. The two people I talked to were female and had very thick foreign accents . I would say Indian. After refusing to give me back my money I hung up . Later that day when I tried to look up their website . It was gone . No where to be found . No doubt thy have changed names and set up another website. I have little hope they can face some justice so they can’t do this to anyone else. I’m sure they make a living off of stupid people like me . But I’m submitting this anyways . Cuz u never know. If not legal justice . Definitely Karma!
