Purchased a product in March-2023 with a supposed 100% satisfaction guarantee or get your money back. Filed a complaint with my dissatisfaction with the product and was told a refund would be issued to my account - never happened. Contacted the company again and they claimed an E-Check would be issued to my email on file - never happened. Contacted them again and got a reply that their accounting department was reviewing - that was early June. I have not heard anything since. The amount involved is over $100.00.
