I ordered 3 bottles of skin tag remover for 39.99. I received an email receipt saying I ordered 5 bottles for 199.88. On the receipt they had email address and phone number. I called to get it corrected. They said they couldn’t it was already being processed. I said yes you can. I then said cancel my order totally. She said she could refund 60%. I called my bank. They said they should be able to cancel because it was pending. I called them back. This time it was a male. I told him what the bank said. He started telling me I was breaking up. I told him I knew it wasn’t. He kept saying I was breaking up. He then hung up on me. I went to the receipt and reached for an ink pen to write the email address and phone number down. The email was gone. It was removed. The email address I have off the website is [email protected]. I don’t want to see this happen to anyone else.

I want to cancel the automatic shipping of this junk and can't find a phone number or address . I need to get it canceled before they send a third order that I don't want.
