I clicked on an internet ad for skin tag removal for one bottle cost $39.95. It offered 3 bottles for $59.99 but I declined that offer. Only agreeing to purchase the! bottle for $39.75. After checking my debit card history this company charged my debit card @ charges. One for $59.99 & one for $199.88 these were not authorized. I call this company 1-888-621-0456 and the CSR told me there was no refunds and the order was already sent out. I insisted on canceling my order. I knew they hadn't ship anything it had only been 8 hours. The man was rude and said there was nothing he could do. I never authorized either of these 2 transactions. I had to freeze my card and file a fraud complaint against this company.

I just read the complaint above and thought I was reading something I posted. [email protected] scammed me also. I ordered what was advertised, (1) bottle of skin tag remover at $39.99, when I made repayment with my credit card, I was asked if I wanted some skin care cream, I didn't accept. I later was emailed (2) invoices, one for $199.99 and another for $59.99. I emailed buy bliss back and told them of the error and told them just to cancel the order. A few days later the sent me (5) bottles and the cream anyway. I filed a dispute with my credit card (Chase), I then called customer care at Bliss and asked for a return authorization. Buy bliss stated my account has been closed do to me filing a dispute. It has been over a month of back and forth with Chase, stating buy bliss was legit? even after I sent them proof that Buybliss has a 60 day return policy. Chase recharged my credit card the disputed amount. I'm about to blow my top.

I ordered what I thought was (1) bottle of Bliss skin tag remover for $34.00 per their website and an amount of $159.93,, was charged to my bank account. I called immediatley for refund and to cancel the order. Was told it had already been shipped and they also included and charged me for a face cream product I never asked for. I was told to call for refund and return shipping instructions as soon as the item was received. I did as instructed and sent package return receipt to their post office. It was claimed by employee named M. Davies on 11/28/22. I was told I would recieve the refund amount of $129.87 (as they are charging a $30.00 restocking fee) in 2-3 weeks time and to date I have received NO refund. I have called every week and told the exact same scripted line and I was also refused the ability to speak to, or have a return call from, a supervisor or from their billing dept. It's now been almost (2) months and no closer to my refund.
