This company contacted my elderly mother offering "free" back and knee braces (which she does not need). She though free, great someone would be able to use them. HOWEVER, this company sent them to her and proceeded to call multiple times until she gave them her Medicare card info. This company then proceeded to BILL MEDICARE a ridiculous amount of money. We are still in the process of clearly this mess up. It burns me that a company ( I use the term loosely) can contact a person that's on a DO NOT CALL LIST, has a guardian who handles all decisions and trick an unsuspecting person into believing they are on the up and up.  One question I have is how in the world can a medical supply company send anything to anyone without a prescription by a doctor, generally this is the first thing needed.
