At approximately 10:19 AM, Tuesday July 2, 2019, a call came from 2058581650 on my phone. I did not answer. My phone alerted me that, I had a message. This is the message that was left on my voicemail, " I have received an Order of Process in my office for several pending allegations in which you're being investigated for. This department will be verifying your address as well as your current employment today. It is your legal rights and responsibility to contact this office prior to being served. You can reach us directly at telephone number, 3072270702. Make reference to Case Number 91313. A failure to comply will result in a forfeiture of your rights as well as you been named a repeat offender in your local county." I called the number, a woman answered. I asked her what type of business was that? She asked me if I received a call and what was my telephone number. I told her that a threatening message was left on my voicemail and that was a violation of my rights and the The Fair Debt Collection Practices Act (FDCPA). She started to read a Cease and Desist to me and hanged up the phone.I blocked my number and called back. A woman answered and said her name was Linda. She asked me what was my phone number. I gave her another number, she started to call my correct phone number. She called my son's name and asked if I knew him. I asked her what is it about. She replied, where is he? I told her that, I don't know who she was and she could be a scammer trying to get information. She wanted to know his age. I refused to tell her. It was then, she told me that it was a bill from Bally's Fitness. I told her that he doesn't owe Bally's Fitness any bill. I also told her that I was going to contact the authorities and pointed out to her the threatening messages that she left on my voicemail. She denied leaving any messages.

At 2:06 PM, said Tuesday, July 2, 2019, another message was left on my phone stating, "This is Elizabeth Taylor I am a courier with the County I have been retained to serve you with a legal document attached to your Social Security Number, this is an attempt to locate you at your residence or place of employment to obtain your signature if this is a failed attempt, it will result in a missed court appearance on your behalf and legal proceedings will continue without you. to stop the process of being served and prevent a missed court appearance, please contact the filing party at 8887185497."

I started to check out this company and saw a lot of complaints made against them and noticed that, they are similar to mine especially the threatening and intimidating voice messages. My son doesn't owe Bally's Fitness any money and is not involved into any wrong doings. I will be seeking legal advice into these matters.
