I'm not sure if it's a scam or not, but I can't get reliable info from my mother, and it's not really passing my "sniff test". The website lists themselves as an A+ rating with ScamPulse.com and yet I cannot find them on ScamPulse.com's site. They are supposedly helping my mother recover money from a different gift card scam. They have already charged around $2670 for services but I'm unclear whether they are actually going to be able to do anything. I was under the impression that the money she lost in the original gift card scam was unrecoverable.
