This address shows it is a UPS Store not Cardinal Paving and Masonry. Corporation Wiki shows there have been 51 Businesses at this address and none are active. Robert Schaefer is still doing Business in the Chicagoland Area which is sad and he thinks he can get away with using other people to register their information for him just like The other 2 Cardinal Construction Companies you have given an A+ rating too.

He is Partners with them !!! They are NOT registered either as Corporations !!!

This is a HUGE Issue in The State of Illinois that we DO NOT do Background checks or require any testing !!!

FYI They pulled his other LLC Businesses for NON Tax Filing in Florida but in Illinois they can NOT track them for some unknown reason ??
