Thanks to the is website I didn't loose any money. I was looking for a loan came across this website http://cardinalfinancialservice.com, so I applied. Received a email back saying I was approved and to call immediately for details. I called was informed I qualified for a 20,000 loan but because of bad credit I would have to give a 5% deposit as a security type deposit, which I would receive back from them in 6 months of good payments. I told them I would have to try to find the funds, and they told me to call back anytime. I started my research and found this type of fee is illegal in Canada, and came straight to the BBB to research more.
