Hi,

I sold a total of 19 gift cards to this company on the following dates:

January 20, 2020
February 13, 2020 and
March 10, 2020.

They claim to pay between 3-5 business days. Today is July 7th and I have not received a single cent from them. I have written over 10 e-mails with no replies. I try calling their phone number but its just a message saying to send an e-mail, which I said before they won't reply.

They owe me around 400 dollars. This is unacceptable, I need my money since the majority of this gift cards have been sold and used.

Purchased 20 gift cards from this site. Total Wine and More for $163.00 and PFChang for $40.00 in May of this year. On August 15th tried to use Total Wine gift card and they told me there was no balance left on it. Contacted card flip through an email as the 602-682-7055 was a recording. Amanda, a representative, investigated and then said the Total Wine card was invalid and they would give me credit with a different deal when one became available. Then she sent me another email saying she had made a mistake that I had to inform them within 45 days of purchasing the card if there were any problems. At this point I went on your ScamPulse.com site to find that they had an F rating. I also checked the PFChang gift card on their check your balance and was told this card was no longer active.

This company is a complete scam! Do not list your unused gift cards with this company! The owner who claims his name is Barry, lacks any sort of good customer service skills and his words and promises aren’t reassuring or fulfilled like said. I listed my items on his site trusting that this company would come through on their end of the deal and without even so much as a confirmation email, I researched the company’s review history and was shocked to see so many negative reviews about this company. It scared me that I had possibly just lost two expensive cards. I reached out to the company several times with no response and started to get very impatient and frustrated so I began emailing with threats to find them and report their business until finally I got a response from some [censored] named Barry. Well, Barry... times up pal. You just got reported. Barry ended up declining the already approved and “PAID” statements on my account and closed my transactions. Then did I at least receive reimbursement of my funds that I deposited? NO. Fraudulent thieves!!!

I purchased a $200 giftcard for $180 on cardflip.com through a link from ***. When I received the code and tried to apply it, only $3.10 was actually on the giftcard. I emailed requesting a refund and never heard back. It's been over 10 days.

The business advertised that they purchased gift cards for cash up front. I sold the business two gift cards (electronically submitting card numbers and PIN numbers from the cards!!) on March 20th. According to the site, they paid me via ACH to my Paypal account as per our agreement. Since it was my first sale, they advised me it would be 3-5 days to verify my account and then I would recieve payment within 24 hours. When I did not receive payment as of March 28, 2019 I sent an email requesting information. Upon receiving no reply by today, March 29th I called the business and spoke with a representative. I was informed that the business was in the middle of implementing a new policy and that "high value" gift cards would not be paid out to the seller until AFTER the card sold. This was not our agreement. I was told i could cancel the sale, but I refused! We had a legal and binding agreement!. I asked to speak to a supervisor and was put on hold for 5 minutes. A female representative then answered the call saying she was the assisstant manager. She decided I wasn't calm enough to speak to her (no swearing, no yelling on my part, just frustration in my voice) and proceeded to hang up on me. Subsequent calls have gone unanswered.

I went back into my account on thier site and both of my sales which had previously read "paid" now read "declined".

This business agreed to pay me over $300 for the cards i sold. Then with not so much as a notification, decided to implement a new policy and withhold payment from me for 10 DAYS. When I called to rectify the situation, they cancelled the transactions without my consent and broke a binding legal agreement

They have the card and pin numbers from my gift cards which means they are worthless to any other buyer as Cardflip.com could use my cards at any time without my knowledge or consent.

The company buys and sells gift cards for cash. I sold the company two gift cards and was promised $61 for the both of them. I've only received payment for one card instead of the TWO cards that I submitted. I only received a $15 payment. The company claims there is a 3-5 business day process for your first sale. It has been 3 weeks now. After they sent the $15 payment all of my emails regarding my payment have been ignored as well as the fact that they also took the funds from the cards I sold to them and sold the gift cards. Therefore I am unable to sell the card for cash to another company.

I sold a gift card of $650 in exchange for $500, on my profile dashboard it said I had been paid so I followed up 5 business days later when I still hadn't been paid. They told me that I would be paid on the 13th however I was not. They then said I'd be paid at 12:01 on the 14th but could not provide any proof or confirmation of payment for any of these alleged transactions. I was not paid on the 14th and was not able to receive any communications through their customer support. They hung up on me when I finally got through to a customer service representative and now I can't get through again.
