Hot sale .. closeout special! Shipping took an incredible amount of time .. it says it was delivered and signed for and it never showed up at our address. Have been back and forth with customer service they keep trying to reduce the amount of money that they want to refund they started out at 60% went to 70% and ended up at 90%. They keep crying that it's not their fault that the merchandise never arrived it was the shipper's fault not theirs.
