This is the 2nd call I received from this number and the 1st time I answered. The automated message said this was regarding my credit card, but there was not a problem, and to lower my interest rate to press 9. I was curious because I have 1 credit card at a higher APR. I asked the person who answered what company he represented and he responded with card services for businesses, banks and credit card companies like visa, bank of america and sears (he listed more than this). When i asked again he seemed irritated and gave me the same response. He asked me which credit card of mine had the highest balance I kept hearing an echo of myself so it kept me from answering when I asked how he got this number he said rudely that I called him by pushing 9 and at this point I decide I don't want any part of this and said I am good thanks to which he responded, "[censored] off have a nice day!" I called back to see if I could speak to a manager and it went to a personal voicemail of someone named james. I called twice and both times it went to voicemail. Last call was on 13 nov.
