CarCover.com states that they do easy and speedy returns. They also told me over the phone several time that they respond daily to all their emails. We have been trying several weeks to make a return and they will not respond at all. I am at a loss as to how to get them to respond to me. They tell me I am emailing them incorrectly . I email them from their website for returns. They tell me they will have the manager call me. Nothing.
