I bought a product from them through Facebook they never sent items never issued refund and deleted my order.
Happened to a lot of people on Facebook as per the comments.

I placed and paid for an order beginning of June 2020. Its end August now and I have yet to receive my order. They say I must contact the shipping company Sunyou, who doesn't respond to any of my request or phone calls. Even though CaramelCider is aware of this, they do not want to give me a refund.

I ordered in June from this company and never received my shipment. I had it shipped to my home and SF Express had it but said another comany picked it up from them. SF Express said they had no record of who picked it up from them.

I ordered a waist shaper to help lose belly fat. It took over 2 months to receive, when I finally got it, it was 2-3 sizes to small. Of course no response to emails I've sent. This is definitely not a place I would recommend to anyone, at all. Not worth it..

Purchased 2 sets of the French manicure tips, one in white one in black, hoping to use for the bridal party for my wedding. Places order beginning of June. My card was charged the $24. Keep receiving emails from them about products, but can't get a response about my order. Haven't received product. Now I see this and know I've been scammed.

I ordered 2 items on June 23 and realized I had ordered second one by mistake. I immediately placed an email asking to cancel second one and never got a response. I can't follow the tracking and have not received products yet. No response to multiple emails... was for the spot remover x2 40.95. Maybe coming from China? With Covid takes a long time. Still they should answer my email! Giving them one more week...

I ordered from caramel cider on 06/10/2020 I attempted to contact them several times regarding my order and they would never respond. They took money out of my account and i never recieved anything (not evena generic version of what i ordered ) absolutely nothing. This cant be legal to charge people for nothing. Also when I made the purchase they sent me a confirmation e-mail and when I click on the view my order in the e-mail it directs me to a page that that says (page not found) and it gives me an option to continue shopping with them.

I ordered 2 bras from them on June 23rd from an advertisement on Instagram. I received one email letting me know that my order was on the way. My account was changed the same day. When I click track my package it brings me to a 404 Page Not Found. I have sent 3 emails and have heard nothing. I wanted to call and speak with someone but I am unable to locate a number.

I bought two items on June 2nd 2020, on June 19th they emailed me that my order shipped. When you click to track the order, it says Caramelcider store not available. They did charge my card though, and I continue to receive emails from them.

I ordered on 24 June, received confirmation email of order, as well as email stating my order was veong packaged and i wod receive tracking info once my order was on its way. I have not gotten any email since and just discovered that webaddress www.caramelcider.com comes up as an invalid web address. It this business even Legit? Or am i [censored] out of luck and not getting any product i paid for?
