March 21/23 Ordered outdoor cat "patio" cage in response to Facebook advert. Accidentally ordered 2 and within 5 min tried to cancel one. Advised too late because already shipped. /

April 3 received 2 pair of polarized sunglasses. Emailed [email protected] and advised had not ordered - that maybe shipped in error of cat cage. Immediate reply asking for photos, tracking # etc. Provided photos same day /

April 5 Caralpha confirms sent wrong order and would investigate customs fees. /

April 11 I advised don't want sunglasses and their error. I want to return and get full refund, and since cat cages not shipped to cancel the one not wanted /

April 12 they say customs too costly to return. Want me to keep the sunglasses an only be charged 90%, and that the cat cages are no longer available.

Current status: I am about to advise them this is unacceptable and will contact Mastercard to request a chargeback. Other advise welcome.

Saw ad on Facebook for outdoor cat cage for $59.99. Ad looked legit with many positive customer reviews, and promise for hassle-free 100% satisfaction returns. After order placed, received confirmation email with tracking number but no shipping carrier info. Received very cheap sunglasses several weeks later. Contacted seller via email many times and they finally offered to return ten percent of my money. See pictures. Total scam and I fell for it.
