They advertised a catio for 59.99, cashed payment, and sent very cheap sunglasses. When I emailed them, they asked me to pay to return the sunglasses, and then they would "negotiate" a refund for the catio. I have included the email address. Please catch them - many people have fallen for this!

An ad on facebook for a catio was used to order 2 items which I paid for with my debit card. I received an email back stating my order was received on Mar. 20. On Mar. 21 I received a second email stating my order had shipped and a tracking number with a link for tracking was included. I realized the "package" was showing on the tracking link it was showing delived on April 1st and after checking around and questioning neighbors because we were expecting a large delivery, I emailed the company who emailed back that they could see we had recieved the package but it was small and perhaps the wrong item was sent by the warehouse. I finally figured out this must be the strange sunglasses my husband had received and had asked me about but I hadn't thought anthing about it however I had seen another complaint on the ScamPulse.com website for this company where someone said they had ordered a catio and instead received cheap sunglasses. I emailed them that we had received sunglasses then they wanted pictues of the sunglasses and the packaging which I sent. Then they have emailed that because of customes fees I could keep the sunglasses and they could offer me a 10% refund. When I responded that this was unacceptable they responded they could offer 20%.
