Vehicle hood was purchased via Apple Pay 11/20/21 for $650 to include shipping cost from CA to LA. Item was shipped via Global Logistics Mail with tracking number provided by seller. Shipping company (GLM) then requested refundable $300 insurance fee, to be returned in cash, upon delivery in order to deliver the product. Seller was questioned regarding undisclosed cost. Seller stated on 11/23/21 "you need to pay the insurance" and states request is not a scam. When again questioned 11/28/21, seller states "bro I had no idea", "I have no idea they will charge this much for insurance". No item or refund was received for transaction.
