It's a scam

There's supposed to be a salvage junkyard for cars. But none of them can speak proper English. None of them are from the US. They run scams out of India. They've taken payments out of India. They claimed that they shipped my car part off but never received it every time I call they say they'll call me back and never do. My bank told me that they're running payments out of India. They're liars. In fact they claimed that one person in their company was running scams because they hit my credit card twice to just call the bank and report it. My question to that is if you are a legit business why can't you just refund my money that was taken. Red flag one. This is a scam just to get your money don't trust them and don't do it. When you go to the website and Google their address that they have on the website it comes up as a Georgia residence not an office not a warehouse that's the second red flag. The third red flag they called me from three different numbers Don't trust it

Grand cherokee

Order and paid for header panel 94 grand cherokee. Got message it was shipped.requested tracking number.got run around.requeested tracking number again. Again run around
. got new message that they don't ship to Puerto Rico.and Will refund amount paid. Called numerous times and was put on hold most of the time..Comerica back issued new debit card because of suspicious activity by car parts rush. What recourse do I have?
